The paper deals with the kinetic modeling of the simultaneous HCHO oxidation and NO_x reduction by NH₃ on V₂O₅/WO₃/TiO₂ including the by-production and decomposition of HCN along the monolithic catalyst. The model was used for the simulation of the catalyst design to efficiently decrease the output of pollutants such as HCHO, NO, NH₃ and HCN.
