Folder area in Outlook with the RSS feeds section

Start Outlook.

You will see the "RSS feeds" section in the folder area.

Right-click on RSS feeds, add new RSS feed

Right-click on "RSS feeds" and select "Add new RSS feed".
 

Right-click on RSS feeds, add new RSS feed

Now enter the path of the RSS feed you want to subscribe to.

Confirm with "Add".

Add RSS feed

Click "Yes" to add the RSS feed.
