On 21st and 22nd January 2026, the 21st Status meeting of the HBI C-Flex project took place at 911 Bergakademie Freiberg (911BAF).

The project partners and members of the supportive advisory board discussed the latest results and next steps in a hybrid meeting which was hosted by the Institute of Thermal, Environmental and Resources’ Process Engineering (I911N). During a lab tour on the second day, all partners gained insights in the facilities of Koeppern Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH and I911N, espacially on hot briquetting. It was a pleasure to have you here!
