Additive Manufacturing, Functionally Graded Materials and Plasma Electrolytic Polishing in an intensive course

After successful rounds in Haifa in 2023 and with us in Freiberg in 2024, the International Summer School is taking place this year at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. Our hosts from the and the have prepared everything perfectly - let's get started!

In "summery" temperatures of 33°C, we are nevertheless not distracted and go into (focus) depth on additive manufacturing with laser DED. From CAD to the finished plasma-electrolytically polished component - the entire process chain is covered. 911BAF scientists Prof Henning Zeidler and Toni Böttger will be on site as experts for AM and PEP and will contribute their knowledge.
